APEAL trainee Nicole Hammond has published a first-author paper in Headache. The paper showed that early life stressors including family dysfunction, punitive parenting, and parental depressive symptoms are associated with migraine headache in adolescence, and these associations are mediated by symptoms of depression and anxiety in childhood.
